General info

Jason is a musical theatre performer, actor and musician from Sydney, Australia. He has an extensive range that covers: Musical Theatre, Cabaret, Classical, Jazz and Contemporary.

He is a graduate of the NSW Talent Development Project and the recipient of the Sony Music Foundation Scholarship through Father Chris Riley´s Youth Off the Streets. Coming from a classical background, Jason studied vocal technique for the past 5 years under critically acclaimed performer and teacher Trevor Brown from the Australian Opera. Having completed his HSC in 2013 with a band 6 in music, Jason is currently studying a Bachelor of Music (Musical Theatre) at the Australian Institute of Music.

Some of his performance highlights includes: - Performing the National Anthem at the Formula One Tasman Revival (2010 & 2012) - Performing for Her Excellency Marie Bashir, Gov. of NSW at the International Regatta Centre - Youth off the Streets Gala Dinner, Hilton Hotel “ Special Guest Performer - Featured Artist at PULSE 2013 Sydney Opera House - Toured China (Shanghai and Beijing) as a Featured Artist in the Western Sydney Cultural Exchange. Jason has performed lead roles in the musicals: Back to the 80's (Billy Arnold), Oliver (Mr. Bumble), Disney's Beauty and the Beast (Maurice), FAME the Musical (Nick Piazza) and Grease (Doody & Teen Angel) Jason has also been honoured with the Australian International Conservatorium of Music Award for Excellence in Music as well as the Nathan Briggs Memorial award of his academic studies.
